1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a KerfOS account or using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use KerfOS.
2. Permitted Use
KerfOS is licensed for personal and commercial cabinet design work. You may not resell access to the platform, reverse-engineer the software, or use it to generate content that violates applicable law.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase; no refunds on renewals.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of all designs created in KerfOS. We retain ownership of the KerfOS software, trademarks, and underlying technology.
5. Limitation of Liability
KerfOS is provided “as is.” We are not liable for losses resulting from manufacturing errors, inaccurate cut lists, or reliance on AI-generated suggestions. Always verify dimensions before cutting.
